I don't know who puts this site together, but thank you for reminding me of such a sweet kid. I grew up in Joshua's ward. My husband and I both were very sad when he passed.

Selma,
I'm so glad I 'officially' met you tonight and that you mentioned this blog. My heart literally aches for you as a (new) mother at the thought of losing a child. But you seemed so peaceful about your sons passing. I'm in awe and completely humbled by you and your example.

Monica Ringger Bambrough (friend of Doug's):

"Did you just want to make me cry? Well, you did. He seems to have been an amazing young man and full of so much love. I know that that is not typical for children with autism, so that was a true blessing.
You all seem to have been blessed to have him in your lives and I am sure he is greatly missed. Thanks for sharing."

Selma,
I think the love Joshua brought into the hearts of everyone he touched was divine in nature and truly shows us all the charity that is talked about in the scriptures. Thank you so much for putting this blog up, to remind us of Joshua, and the Saviors love for us, because I truly believe they are one and the same. It is truly humbling to watch these clips and remember the unconditional love Joshua had for everyone he met.

I always cry when I watch this video. I think my favorite part is when he is running the race. I just want to pick him up and carry him. But he did it and made it all the way to the finish line.
